Does the subscription include the NFC tags?
No. The $0.99/year subscription and the $10 NFC kit are separate. The subscription is the same price whether or not your household owns tags — the tags are an optional hardware add-on.
How do I cancel?
Billing runs through the App Store or Google Play, so you cancel there. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Feed the Pup → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Feed the Pup → Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
What happens after the free trial?
After 30 days, the household renews automatically at $0.99/year unless you cancel. You'll be charged through your app store account.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests go through Apple or Google, since they process the payment — we can't issue refunds directly. Contact us if something's wrong and we'll help however we can.
