These Terms govern your use of Feed the Pup. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Feed the Pup. One account belongs to one household at a time.
Households and Shared Data
When you create or join a household, you're agreeing that your feeding/walk activity, display name, and dog profile will be visible to every other member of that household — up to 6 people. Removing yourself from a household, or being removed by the owner, ends your access to its shared data going forward.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Feed the Pup to harass other household members, impersonate someone else, attempt to access another household's data, or interfere with the app's normal operation (including its NFC tags or notification system). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
NFC Tags and Hardware
Feed the Pup tags are sold as a physical kit separate from the app subscription. Tags are provided as-is; we're not responsible for damage, loss, or malfunction of physical tags, though we want to help — contact us if something's wrong with yours.
Subscription & Billing
Feed the Pup's household subscription starts with a 1-month free trial, then continues at $0.99/year, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends, it renews automatically at $0.99/year and payment is charged to your app store account. Manage or cancel anytime through your app store account settings — we don't process payments directly and can't issue refunds ourselves; refund requests go through Apple or Google.
No Warranty
Feed the Pup is provided "as is." We work to keep feeding and walk reminders accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that a notification will always arrive — please don't rely on it as the sole safeguard for your pet's care.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feed the Pup and its creators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed or inaccurate notifications.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
